Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HomeLux account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
